Concierge
Martin, our daytime porter, carries out a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the buildings, which includes,

Liaising with service providers and contractors.

Ensuring residents' requests and issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Acquiring a good knowledge of all on site services to assist individual residents in line with their needs.

Carrying out daily site inspections raising, documenting and assisting with completion of all actions.

Carrying out post and courier deliveries and collections.
-
Carrying out regular fire alarm, fire door, emergency lighting and emergency exit testing.

Raising accident and incident reports and track through to closure.

Support for all internal and external audits.

Working flexibly to support out of hours requests and extended hours.

Reviewing procedures, processes and documentatio and making recommendations, suggestions and initiatives to support continuous improvement.

Managing on site refuse containers to prevent overflow situations.

Carrying out various handyman tasks i.e. painting, minor repairs, light bulb replacement etc.

Carrying out gardening duties i.e. watering courtyard and Atrium plants, pruning bushes.

Regularly cleaning the Concierge office and toilet facilities.

Overseeing the safe keeping and security of site and resident keys.
