You are not permitted to cause excessive noise in your property between the hours of 11:00pm and 8:00am or at any other time so as to cause any annoyance or nuisance to your neighbours.

 

In the event that you experience noise complaints and / or anti-social behaviour, Bombay Wharf Management Limited would encourage you to approach your neighbour (only if you feel comfortable to do so) and have a conversation with them to advise of the disturbance being caused; they may simply be unaware that this is an issue for you.

 

If the situation does not improve following your conversation, it is then recommended that you raise this with the Noise Pollution Team at the London Borough of Southwark who will be best placed to investigate your complaint including, where necessary, issuing a noise abatement notice.
