Structural Alterations

You are not permitted to make structural alterations or structural additions to your property unless you have first obtained written consent from Bombay Wharf Management Limited.

If you are planning on undertaking structural alterations or structural additions to your property, you should submit an application to London Block Management in the first instance (NB. such application should comprise, as a minimum, a full description of the works to be undertaken and CAD Drawings showing the current layout of your property and the proposed layout of your property following completion of the proposed works).

Once your application has been received, this will be considered carefully by Bombay Wharf Management Limited and should they agree in principle to the proposed works, they will instruct a chartered Building Surveyor to review the application in detail and determine whether or not consent should be given; where it is determined that consent should be given, such consent will be given by Bombay Wharf Management Limited, in the form of a Licence to Alter by its solicitors.

Please note that all professional fees incurred by Bombay Wharf Management limited in dealing with your application will be your responsibility to settle.
