The Property insurance policy covers both the individual properties and the communal areas of the development; please note however that the moveable contents of your property (e.g. soft furnishings, furniture items and white goods etc.) are not covered under the policy and you are therefore encouraged to take out your own contents insurance policy to protect you in the event that loss or damage to your personal belongings occurs.
